Once this service is booked your coach will reach out to you within 24 hours to set up and you can list preferred time here on the app The chat is to discuss goals, any allergies or dietary restrictions, and will chat with you end of each week to discuss progress made and hurdles holding you back and assist with next weeks ahead planning. This is how we unlearn diet culture and learn to develop your own lifestyle balance.
